This class is for the poler that has a good base knowledge and strength with pole fitness. More difficult moves such as spin combos, floorwork and flow will be incorporated. Expect harder conditioning in preparation for deadlifting an invert . Various climb techniques and sits will also be demonstrated.
This class is for the well seasoned poler who can DEADLIFT an invert. Spin pole, one handed static spins, and various combination's incorporating strength and flexibility.

NEW to Pole. This class covers the basics. Strength conditioning, simple spins, climbs, holds & basic sitting. Attention to detail and proper form will be emphasized. Everyone advances at their own pace, so students can stay as long as they like.
